Frequently Asked Questions

On all orders a deposit is required (amount will vary depending on the project). We give estimates based on an hourly rate and on the common tasks required for your project. We will need more information about what you want and what we need before we can do that. Contact us, and we will reply with an estimate of the time required and a suggested budget. 


We are currently doing DIGITAL COPIES ONLY, meaning that your finished project will be emailed to you. Due to some of these objects being large files, email isn't always an option. If this is the case, we will organise other means (which could be at an extra cost).


Once the project has been finished, you will receive a watermarked copy so that you can look it over and make any changes you'd like. Once you are happy with the final design, payment is required in full prior to sending the finished project.


Due to other orders we may receive, we require a weeks notice minimum (Unless specified) to complete. This will be confirmed with you once order has been placed and received.
